SALES AND PROMOTIONS:
We ship primarily by UPS, with freight prepaid and billed to the customer. All full roll orders must be received by 3:00 p.m. Eastern standard time, in order to receive same day shipping. Partial or cut roll orders must be called in before 2:00 p.m. to guarantee same day shipping.
- Regular UPS freight will not be charged on orders over $600.00.
- Net 30 day terms are available upon approval. To obtain terms, a customer must submit a completed credit application. Customers who become delinquent, will be sold on C.O.D. terms until their account becomes current.
- Custom cutting (e.g. cutting a 60" roll into 24", 18", 18" rolls for example) is available at no charge.
- Our automotive product line can be ordered in 25' increments, however, there will be an additional $12.00 charge per roll. The entire flat glass product line can be ordered in 5' increments with a minimum of 10'.
- Full rolls can
be returned, by customer, within 10 days with no restocking fee.
Normal restocking fee is 15%. - For any checks being returned for Non Sufficient Funds, your account will be charged a $25.00 service charge.
We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, money orders or cashier's checks.
